Nice breakfast, PEACEFUL location for exploring Phnom Penh. We appreciated samrach boutique from the moment we entered. Having access to the pool was great. It is not far from the airport.
Everything was spot on.

A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Romdeng that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Location, within walking distance of wat botum. Recommend this venue to all, no complains at all. You should definitely explore Daun Penh district, it's worth it.
